Enabling macros in Microsoft Access 2010 allows you to run automated tasks and custom VBA code. Follow these steps to enable macros safely.

1. Click on File and select 'Access Options'.
2. On the left side of the window, select 'Trust Center'.
3. With the Access Options window open, click 'Trust Center Settings'.
